100 Nights Trial
Presenting Kurlon’s 100-Nights FREE Trial for Natural Coir, Rutile Coir, Spinel Ortho Foam, Ortho Plus Latex, Ortho Plus Spring, Dual Roll Pack, Orthopedic Roll Pack, Ortho Plus Natural Grid, Ortho Plus, Ortho Comfort, and Dual Plus ("Eligible Products").
Return requests must be submitted to Kurlon Customer Care within 100 calendar nights from the date of delivery ("Trial Period"). The company will cover the return shipping cost only if the return is approved and the mattress is returned from the original delivery destination.
If the mattress is returned from a different location, the customer shall bear the shipping charges and any additional handling or logistics costs as determined by the Company.
The Company reserves the right to change, modify, suspend, or withdraw the 100-Nights Trial Program at any time without prior notice and without any liability.
Terms & Conditions for 100 Nights Trial Offer
• Trial Validity: The 100 Nights Trial offer is valid only for the first 100 nights from the date of delivery. In case of a swap between different mattress models, the trial period will continue from the original delivery date and will not reset or extend.
• Standard Sizes Only: The trial offer applies only to standard-size mattresses. Custom-sized or non-standard mattresses are excluded.
• Return Requests: Customers may request a return before the completion of 100 nights, subject to inspection and approval by the Company. If any freebies were provided, their cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Return Eligibility: Return and refund benefits will not be applicable if the product falls under the exceptions listed in this policy or fails to meet the eligibility requirements.
• Eligible Purchases: The 100 Nights Trial applies only to original purchases made through the official Kurlon website (www.kurlon.com). Purchases from dealers, marketplaces, or third-party sellers are excluded unless expressly approved in writing by the Company.
• Invoice Requirement: Customers must retain a copy of the purchase invoice. A valid invoice is mandatory for processing any refund claim. Kurlon reserves the right to reject claims with missing, invalid, incomplete, or tampered invoices.
• Claim Deadline: Return requests must be raised no later than the 100th day from the delivery date. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of all rights under this policy.
• Pickup Timeline: Approved returns will be inspected and picked up within 7–15 days from the date the return request is raised, subject to operational feasibility.
• Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 15 working days after mattress pickup, subject to inspection, verification, and internal approvals.
• Right to Refuse: Kurlon reserves the right to refuse the trial offer to any individual or entity associated with mattress manufacturing, competing brands, or suspected misuse of the policy.
• Final Decision: All refund decisions under the 100 Nights Trial offer shall be final and binding on the customer.
• Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising under this policy shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of Delhi courts.
Eligibility Limits
The 100 Nights Trial is limited to one (1) mattress per customer or household, which may be:
(a) One Double, Queen, or King Size Mattress.
(b) Two Single Size Mattresses of the same model.
If multiple mattresses are purchased in one or more orders, the trial benefit will apply only once and only to the first eligible mattress (or pair of single-size mattresses). All additional mattresses shall be treated as final sale items and will not qualify for return or refund.
Exceptions to Return / Refund (Warranty & 100 Nights Trial)
• One-Time Return: A registered customer may return a purchased mattress only once. Previously exchanged mattresses are not eligible for further returns.
• Mattress Condition: Returns and refunds are subject to the condition of the mattress. Any signs of misuse, physical damage, or improper handling may result in rejection.
• Stains or Damage: Mattresses showing signs of liquid spillage, dirt, stains, or damage will not be accepted for return or refund.
• Improper Usage: Usage on an unsuitable surface or without proper support will void return, refund, and warranty benefits.
• Temperature Exposure: Exposure to extreme hot or cold temperatures causing deformation or tearing will invalidate return eligibility.
• Invoice Verification: Refunds can only be processed when the original invoice is presented and successfully validated.
• Company Discretion: Refund approval remains solely at the discretion of the Company. The Company's decision shall be final and non-appealable.
Order Modification
• Pre-Dispatch Changes: Orders may be modified only before dispatch and subject to operational feasibility and Company approval.
• Size Change Charges: If a size change is requested after the product has been dispatched, the customer shall bear logistics charges ranging from ₹1,000 – ₹2,000 (depending on product size), along with any additional costs related to re-routing, handling, or reverse logistics.
