- The delivery dates for a product may vary based on stock availability.
- Product cancellation must be reported within 12 hours of purchase confirmation.
EXCEPTIONS TO OUR POLICIES (WARRANTY):
- Misused products or tampered products will not be eligible for returns.
- Mattress size will vary +/-12 mm in length, width & thickness. Users should allow a minimum of 72 hours for the mattress as per the instruction provided so that the mattress will regain its original shape. Any size variation reported after Ten days from the date of purchase will not be covered under warranty terms.
- A mattress that shall be returned will be in good condition without any fabric damages such as tears, stains, colour fading, bleeding, soil and burns.
- The original invoice with the company’s seal and signature has to be presented for all return requests.
- The cost of reverse shipping will be borne by Kurlon as long as the product has stayed on the premises of the original delivery location. In all other cases, the customer will pay the differential shipping charges.
SHIPPING & TRANSPORTATION:
The company takes exceptional care to pack and ship each product safely. The sale is complete once the goods are shipped to the customer. If the goods are delivered in damaged condition, the customer must inform the company immediately. Our customer care will get in touch with the customer for further information. After placing your order, our customer team will contact you for order confirmation. Once the order is confirmed, we will proceed with processing it.

Delivery may be affected in the case of holidays or unforeseen circumstances.
Return & Replacement Policy :
At Kurlon, we’re committed to ensuring you receive exactly what you ordered, in perfect condition. All products, even if they are new, in our catalog, including mattresses, accessories, and custom sizes, can be returned or replaced, if you receive a wrong product, damaged product, one with a manufacturing defect or a product delivered to wrong address. Simply contact our Customer Care team at customercare@kurlon.com or +91-8150000103 within 7 days of delivery since the return & replacement window for all items is 7 days.
We accept return and replacement for eligible products and the products under 100 Nights Trial policy. The products covered under the 100-Night Trial Policy are listed below. The applicable terms and conditions governing refunds and replacements for these products are set out in the sections that follow. Please scroll down for detailed information regarding eligibility, process, and applicable exclusions.
Once you raise a request through any channel (email or call), our team may ask for basic verification such as photos or videos of the issue. During pickup, the delivery team will carry out a quick quality check. Please keep your original invoice or proof of purchase handy. We’ll arrange a free doorstep pickup, and the replacement or refund will be processed after the QC check. There are no extra fees or hidden charges.
If a refund applies, we return 100% of the amount paid, with no deductions for shipping or payment processing. Refunds are processed within ~5 business days.
For customers classified as high-risk buyers and customers who reached the website through Meta Ads, a small non-refundable advance is required. This amount is fully refunded only if the product is eligible for refund.
There are no limits on returns and no additional eligibility rules. If the product delivered is eligible for replacement, it will be replaced.
100 NIGHTS TRIAL POLICY:
Presenting Kurlon’s 100-Nights FREE trial for Natural Coir, Rutile Coir, Spinel Ortho Foam, Ortho Plus Latex, Ortho Plus Spring, Dual Roll Pack, Orthopedic Roll Pack, Ortho Plus Natural Grid, Ortho Plus, Ortho Comfort & Dual Plus (“Eligible Products”).
Return requests must be submitted to Kurlon’s Customer Care within 100 calendar Nights from the date of delivery (“Trial Period”). The company will cover the return shipping cost, only if the return is approved and provided the mattress is returned from the original delivery destination. If the mattress is returned from a different location, the customer will bear the shipping charge and any additional handling/logistics costs as determined by the Company.
The company reserves the right to change or withdraw the 100-Nights trial program or modify its terms at any time without prior notice and without any liability whatsoever.
Terms & Conditions For 100 Nights Trial offer
- The 100 Nights Trial offer is solely valid for the first 100 Nights from the date of delivery. In case of a swap between different models, the 100 Nights Trial offer will be calculated from the first day of delivery of the original product and shall not reset or extend under any circumstances.
- 100 Nights Trial is only applicable on standard size mattresses. Purchase of non-standard or custom size mattresses does not fall under the 100 Nights Trial offer.
- Customers may request return (subject to eligibility and approval) before the end of the first 100 Nights, subject to a full inspection and approval by the Company in its sole and absolute discretion. In case any freebies are provided with the order, the cost of the freebies shall be deducted from the refund amount as determined solely by the Company.
- The Return and Refund on the 100 Nights Trial offer will not be valid if the product falls under the ‘Exceptions to Return/Refund under 100 Nights Trial’ category or fails to meet any eligibility criteria under this Policy.
- Kurlon 100 Nights Trial offer applies only to original purchases of Kurlon Mattress from the official Kurlon website ( www.kurlon.com ) and shall not apply to purchases made through dealers, marketplaces, or third-party sellers
unless expressly approved by the Company in writing. - Please keep a copy of your purchase invoice as proof of purchase. Submission of a valid invoice is mandatory to process any refund claim. Sheela Foam Limited/Kurlon reserves the right to reject any claim under the 100 Nights Trial offer without proof of invoice or where such proof is found to be invalid, incomplete, or tampered with.
- Any return requests must be exercised directly with Sheela Foam Limited/Kurlon no later than the 100th day from the date of delivery of the mattress for a refund failing which all rights under this Policy shall stand forfeited.
- Returns will be inspected by Sheela Foam Limited / Kurlon and picked up within 7–15 Nights of raising a return request or such extended period as may be required due to operational or logistical constraints.
- All approved refunds will be processed within 15 working Days after the mattress has been picked up for return subject to verification, quality inspection, and internal approvals.
- Sheela Foam Limited / Kurlon reserves the right to refuse the 100 Nights Trial offer to an individual or entity associated with a mattress manufacturer/brand, competing brand, or any party deemed by the Company to have a conflict of interest or suspected misuse/abuse of the Policy.
- Sheela Foam Limited / Kurlon shall make the final and binding decision on refund under the 100 Nights Trial offer, keeping in mind the Terms and Conditions of the 100 Nights Trial offer. The company reserves the right to reject any request claim in the event it doesn't satisfy the Terms and Conditions of the 100 Nights Trial offer.
- Disputes, if any, are subject to Delhi jurisdiction only.
Eligibility Limits for 100 Nights Trial
The 100- Nights trial is limited to one (1) mattress per customer or household, which can be either:
(a) one double/queen/king size mattress; or
(b) two single-size mattresses of the same model.
If multiple mattresses are purchased (whether in a single order or across multiple orders), the 100-day trial and return benefit shall apply only once per customer/household and only to the first eligible mattress (or pair of single-size mattresses of the same model). All additional mattresses purchased shall be strictly ineligible for return or refund under any circumstances and shall be deemed final sale products.
Exceptions to Return / Refund (Warranty & 100 Nights Trial)
- A registered customer can return a purchased mattress only once. A previously exchanged mattress will be non-eligible for return and no further claims shall be entertained.
- Returns or refunds will be subject to the condition of the mattress at the time of return. Any signs of improper use or physical damage will result in non-acceptance of return or refund as determined by the Company upon inspection.
- At the time of inspection, if any signs of liquid spillage, damage, dirt or stain are found on the mattress, the mattress shall not be returned or refunded.
- Usage of the mattress on an improper surface or without proper support will lead to revoking of the return or refund policy and any associated warranty claims may also stand void.
- Exposure to hot or cold temperatures for a period of time that causes the mattress to deform or tear will also result in revocation of the return or refund policy.
- A mattress can only be returned or refunded when the original invoice is presented and validated by the Company.
- Refund is applicable at the sole discretion of the Company. The Company's determination shall be final and non-appealable.
Order Modification
- Orders may only be modified prior to dispatch, at the sole discretion of the
Company and subject to operational feasibility. - The customer shall bear logistical charges of Rs. 1000–2000 (based on the size of your product) in case a size change is requested after your product has left to reach you along with any additional costs incurred due to re-routing, handling, or reverse
logistics.

- That is libellous, defamatory, pornographic, profane, obscene, threatening, abusive or hateful.
INDEMNITY:
- User agrees that neither Company nor its group companies, directors, officers or employee shall be liable for any direct or/and indirect or/and incidental or/and special or/and consequential or/and exemplary damages resulting from the use or/and the inability to use the service or/and for the cost of procurement of substitute goods or/and services or resulting from any goods or/and data or/and information or/and services purchased or/and obtained or/and messages received or/and transactions entered into through or/and from the service or/and resulting from unauthorised access to or/and alteration of user’s transmissions or/and data or/and arising from any other matter relating to the service, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits or/and use or/and data or other intangible, even if Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- User further agrees that Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from interruption, suspension or termination of service, including but not limited to direct or/and indirect or/and incidental or/and special consequential or/and exemplary damages, whether such interruption or/and suspension or/and termination was justified or not, negligent or intentional, inadvertent or advertent.
- User agrees that Company shall not be responsible or liable to user, or anyone, for the statements or conduct of any third party of the service. In sum, in no event shall the Company’s total liability to the User for all damages or/and losses or/and causes of action exceed the amount paid by the User to the Company, if any, related to the cause of action
