It all started in a factory in Arsikere over 5 decades ago. A journey that began in 1962 with the name Karnataka Coir Productions Pvt. Ltd.
Being pioneers of rubberised coir, 1965 marked our year for a big step forward. We launched India’s first rubberised coir mattress.
With the in-house production of Polyurethane foam, we introduced the quilted mattress concept in 1988.
Kurlon pioneered mattress advertising in 1988, became ISO 9000 certified by 2000, and opened our first franchise, Mattress Express, in 2007.
In 2013, we strategically established 9 manufacturing facilities across Karnataka, Odisha, Madhya Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and Gujarat, bringing better sleep to more people.
We revolutionized mattresses with Kurlopedic Technology in 2016, launched concept mattresses in 2019, and introduced the innovative Mattress in a Bag in 2021.

At Kurlon you get mattresses from King size to single-size mattresses. Each of these size mattresses has many size options too. However, the customization option is not available at Kurlon.
A good mattress lasts for at least 10 years. After touching the ten-year mark, if the mattress is small enough to give you the same level of comfort and spinal support then you should use it for a few more years. Otherwise changing a mattress after every eight to ten years is advisable.
A properly manufactured mattress doesn't require much maintenance. However, if you want to be extra careful with your mattress you can cover your matters with a mattress protector and then have bedsheets over it. Next, you can vacuum clean the mattress every season, especially during the monsoon. Make sure your kids don’t jump on the bed. Lastly, you can rotate the mattress now and then.
