Jyothi Pradhan

CEO

Jyothi Pradhan is a born leader who combines the twin virtues of strategy and passion to deliver success in corporate environments. One who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, her ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously has constantly delivered success. Ms. Pradhan has spent over 15 years with various companies across domains of Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Management. Additionally, her entrepreneurial streak has seen her contribute significantly to family businesses and start-ups in India and the US. Highly qualified, she has earned a BE, MS and MBA, the latter two from California.

Ritesh Shroff

CFO

An MBA Finance professional, Ritesh Shroff brings to the table cross-functional exposure in Operations, Supply Chain and Strategy, in addition to Finance. He comes with rich experience of nearly three decades in Stock Markets, B2B and B2C businesses. After managing a family-owned enterprise, Mr. Shroff moved into the corporate world where he proved his mettle by turning around a historically loss-making businesses in just three years. This led to high-profile appointments with companies on a pan-national basis. In 2017, he joined Kurl-on Enterprise Ltd with a brief to drive Business Excellence; elevating to CFO, within two years. Having been trained in the Theory of Constraints, he has practiced the same right through his successful career.

Roozan Dotiwala

Head-Kurlon Outside

A Degree in Commerce coupled with a Masters in Management Studies, Roozan spent 16 fruitful years with Nestle India Ltd. In that time, he underlined his skills in people management and team co-ordination. A career built on the pillars of dedication, enterprise, strategy and tenacity, he has got the best out of his teams through motivation and delegation. An excellent business manager, he spurs his teams by allowing them to be professional and productive, while enjoying their tasks. In 2019, Roozan was appointed SBU Head, International Brands at Kurl-on Enterprise Ltd.

Ravi Prasad

Chief Product Officer

Mr. Ravi Prasad, one of our pivotal pillars of Strength, hails from the beautiful town of Udupi in Karnataka. He started his professional journey with Kurl-on in 1994 with a zeal to explore and was offered a chance to move to Bhubaneswar. His impeccable track record helped him take on the independent charge of setting up a new factory in Gwalior. He has now moved back to Bangalore with a greater responsibility of taking KURLON to the next level of defined Vision through the smart team we have. He is a BE in Industrial production and has completed his PGDBM from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies ( NMIMS), Mumbai.

CVL Narayana

SBU Head - Retail and E-commerce

Mr. Narayana comes with a rich experience of 28 years in sales and marketing, 17 of which he has shared with Kurl-on, wherein he has been pivotal to functions like Product Management, Marketing. He has played instrumental roles in launching the Spring Mattress segment along with "Sleep Like you stand" TVC, the Franchisee program for Kurl-on Mattress express and a successful implementation of Company Owned Company Operated Stores. He has completed his BBM from Mysore University and GMPE from IIM Lucknow.

Chandan Kumar Pradhaan

National Sales Head – FOFO Retail

Mr. Chandan Pradhan comes with a rich experience of 20 years in Retail industry, 5 years of which he has shared with Kurl-on, wherein he has been managing all aspects of retail FOFO function. From store location finalisation to franchise selection to make the store operational. From merchandise assortment to sales to make it a profitable business. He led the exclusive store expansion of Kurl-on for 4 years and had the opportunity to create a fort of 1200+ exclusive stores during that time. He graduated from Ravenshaw University, Cuttack, Odisha. He has completed his Post Graduate diploma in Sales & marketing management from National Institute of Sales.
